I think it is confusing.. in the 1st point you said that the Quantifiers is not important, we can change it to idea A and Idea B. But at the second point, we should pay attention to quantifiers because it related to meaning and how we elaborate our answer..
@Oxfordonlineenglish13 жыл бұрын
Hi Ensi. Good question. Phrases like, 'some people say,' and 'other people claim' are simply there to introduce the following ideas. The emphasis is on what is being 'said' or 'claimed' in the general sense. The same goes for phrases like, 'they say,' 'people say,' 'it's been said,' etc. Quantifiers in phrases like 'many people do not enjoy their jobs,' are different. Now, emphasis is on an amount of people (many) who are performing an action that is important to understand regarding the task (not enjoying their jobs). Hope this helps you!

Children and teenagers nowadays spend toomuch time frobt of the screens. Parents and schools should set limits on screen time for children and teenagers. Do you agree or disagree with these idea's. Nowadays most of children and teenagers 6 to 7 hours a day front of the screens. Which is reason behind their less active social educational and health issues. Manny schools around the world restricte uses of phone in classroom or during the lectures. But it's bit of hard to put restriction in universities on teenagers. Although 6 to 7 hours restricted the children from mobile phone in school. It's a bigest challenge for parents to putting limits on their daughter or son to stop them from smart phones laptops computer games. While stopping them from sitting front of the screens Parents should start more activity such as soccer tennis or cricket which is prevent them from sitting front of the screens and it's would be batter for their health and social activities. However teenagers could start other things like start some part time jobs or training which is related to their study or other activities such as running swimming poolball. In canclusion I do agree putting limits uses of screen on children and teenagers is the most important and bigest challenge for their schools and parents. But it's mandatory for their health education and social.

Nice response, Tanveer! Thanks for sharing. Overall, your organization was pretty good. We will give you a few corrections for your writing: 1) '...most children and...' not, 'most of children and...' 2) '...teenagers spend 6 to 7 hours a day...' not, '...teenagers 6 to 7 hours a day...' 3) '...in front of screens,' not, '...front of the screens.' Good start. Keep practicing. Hope this helps you!

Parents are the best teachers. Use specific reasons & examples to support your answer. You should give reasons for your answer using your own ideas and experience. What type of essay it is? How to frame my answer? Importantly what can i write on that? Just one sentence question 😄. It looks like statement but it's not , he asks for reasons here i am able to get a clue like to what extent do you agree with the statement? Should i talk about parents & teachers in essay?
