Yes great thinking if water based, really water them down. You may have to wait for paint smells to disappear and make sure you have ventilation. Chalk paint is best.😉🦋

How did you connect the lamp shade in the journal. I can see a bit of sewing, but am confused as to how to attach it, I’m trying to make one

Great question, the pages were not bound in here. I was able to sew onto the page with a crinkle effect that later became a tree in the next video. If making this for a bound journal you can glue it to a page close to the spine and fold it to flip over. Thanks for your feedback I will cover this in future videos 😊🦋
