Let me tell you, I had these for the first time and they were marvelous. Fell right off the bone. Now they are in my top 10 favorite foods. Korean Food / BBQ are at the top, but still, I wouldn’t turn down a delicious plate of ox tails. Don’t sleep on ox tails, they are fantastic.

My first time eating them also. They were fantastic. I was a bit skeptical how good they would be but I was amazed at the flavor. I also don’t like to do a lot of work to eat (looking at you crab meat) to eat, so the fact the meat fell off the bone was good for a lazy eater like me. Lol. There has to be a good “Work to Meat Ratio” else I’m out typically. Probably also why I don’t like fondue restaurants.
