With the abundant s of rainfall in that region, it gives the land such lush vegetation. Jamaica has so much beautiful areas that are not polluted, it’s unbelievable . In Trinidad we do that mix often … we call it curry stew… we more do it wit the burning sugar as the stew part and season wit the curry … when cooking wild game meat it’s usually the choice of cooking

River looks and sounds great and the food compliments it. I could just sit and listen to the sound of the water all day; I need to visit on my next trip to the Portland side. Lol at Colaz when Pappy said ah pressure dem normally pressure di oxtail. Live and learn but I prefer to slow cook mine and add a few spinners. Can’t believe Socks didn’t even chill on the flat rock and wet his toes. Another awesome adventure, tek yu time!
