Small tips while someone is traveling to an altitude like this: 1. Take proper medications and oxygen cylinders. Research first. 2. Don't land on a high altitude suddenly like some people do while going to Ladakh. They tend to go by flight and don't let their bodies get accustomed to the weather. 3. Don't eat heavy food. Carry food like cashews, almonds, dry raisins and chocolates in small ziplock packets and have them on intervals. These food are not heavy yet they are rich in calories. They can easily serve as your lunch. 4. Carry naptholenes. Smell them whenever you feel like you're having breathing trouble. They clear nose blockages. You can also do the same with camphor but camphors are more volatile. Just don't make it a habit. Let your body work on its own. 5. If you feel like vomiting, take garlics or chillies. I learned these tips from a military officer when I went to Sikkim and my sister fell seriously ill. Following these tips made our journeys so much more easier and headache free. We literally went to Spiti and Ladakh so smoothly without any kind of health related problems. And lastly, your vlogs are amazing. It reminded me of the old days. Unfortunately, I lost most of the photos. Your videos are making me so happy and refreshed once again like I'm there myself. Thank you so much
