To improve performance on the OnePlus 12, simply enable the high performance mode when the device is cool, and then disable the battery app. This tweak can significantly improve performance on the OnePlus. It easily outperforms iQoo 12 with this tweak. I've compared both of these devices in several games, including WUWA, Genshin Impact (where no tweak is needed, as the OnePlus stock performance already outperforms the iQoo), ZZZ, and Warzone Mobile and OnePlus always had the upper hand.
