I really struggle to grasp my lecturer’s way of teaching so your videos have been such a big help to me. Thanks!

Mark. Really enjoyed this. As a wannabe but really non-exercise physiologist this was nice and clear explanation around a rather confusing area.

Thanks! Providing clear explanations of what is often confusing is one of the aims of the channel.

Great video but can you increase the volume? Very difficult to hear even at full volume.

OBS settings are maxed out on recording, so I'm surprised this isn't coming through on the video. You are not the first to mention it, however. It may be an issue of certain media players/devices not reproducing the recorded volume. It seems to work fine across my devices. I've not used air buds or the like though. It would be good to know if you're having this problem everywhere.

Same as Matthew, need it at full volume to hear. No issue with other videos. Great content though

Is the slow component the same as aerobic decoupling when the ratio becomes greater than 5%?

Fascinating that scientists haven't established the cause, as of the date of this video, maybe even today in 2024.
