This is a great observation. The more they start understanding that it can not only be just cultural display but also a form of tourism to the community and culture preservation, then they will understand how to properly organize it to accommodate more outsiders(foreigners and neighboring countries). It reminds me of the samba carnival in Brazil which has now been done in different parts of the world also, but the samba carnival is also part of the Yoruba culture

@@lordbayorThe horses are supposed to be war horses that are not gentle. They are trying to re-enact the way the warlords (Baloguns) the ancestors of the ones riding those horses, goes to pay homage to the king on their war horses. They deliberately rear the horses to neigh and put their legs up in the air like war horses would behave in those days, with fiery warlords riding them to the palace to pay homage, followed by their young warrior holding the horses. Some of the horses are gentle and dances too.

Even though the festival is very colourful and inviting, but the general environment needs to be neat and appealing. The beautiful environment is the pride of people

This is list because there are too many people trying to control the horses. The horse riders should be in control if they truly know how to ride and the area should be clear of the crowd so the horses and riders can perform and show their talent.

The horse ride display in the palace only end in few minutes just for them to display their skills is not for the enter event they only call them in doring their time to parform and they are out immediately after their time is over They continue their riding skills accrose the city but not in the palace again They only have few minut to display skills in the palace

Excellent ❤ celebration. Disgusted however at 28 mins to see that young man striking the horse repeatedly for no apparent reason.

Colorful event but appears to be very chaotic. Why are people holding the horses? You cannot even enjoy the show because of the crowd around. Better planning next time. Overall, I loved it from a cultural perspective. I hope the event is economically beneficial to the community.

War horses are not gentle. That's why they are held.
