Oyster Mushroom color difference when using led light and not using light at all

Hi everyone,
In this video, I tested how using white led lights and not using light totally could affect the color of oyster mushrooms.
The same strain was introduced into two separate grow tents while one was introduced to the light and the other was left in the dark. Everything like humidity or fresh air was the same. Watch the video and let me know if you have any questions.

Is there a difference in taste between those seen in the light or in the dark?

Yes, the ones in light taste better, they look better also.
