3:06 he’s changed his mind since then. He’s now said he just needs a break on it.

I think there are some chess like things in Oz thinking. But the more I think about it he’s playing Magic the Gathering. Doing what he can with the cards he has.

It never occurred to me that Oz could be lonely... there's something inherently sad about that. I think it's one of the reasons he takes Vic under his wing (no pun intended).

That never occurred to me but it could be I mean his mother treats him horribly mostly and he can't trust anybody so I see definitely where you're coming from with that. But something tells me that Vic is not going to last by the end of the season and that penguins going to be the one to do it.

@@GeekLodestars His mum is terrifying, but she is weirdly supportive - and Oz obviously cares very deeply for her. What intrigues me, and I'm guessing we'll get more information as the story progresses, is the mention of brothers, who we've never seen. I'm pretty sure there's some tragic story that left him with only his mum (and maybe Eve?) in his corner. That's where Vic comes in, I reckon. I'm not sure Oz recognised himself in that first meeting, so much as one of his brothers. He brings VIc on board as a lackey in training, a mentee, company - he needs a friend. Whether Vic will last the season... I honestly can't make a guess on that one. There's arguments for both (especially as this is a one and done series apparently), and at this point I'm not even sure myself which would feel more satisfying to me. Definitely a sign of good writing! Love your reaction, will definitely keep up with your thoughts on the rest of the season.

As far as his mom I was expecting a Sopranos kind of relationship between the two. But the show did a 180 with that and his mom is very supportive which I liked their dynamic.

@@GeekLodestars The thought that has been put into this show is absolutely stellar. Nothing feels fake, so when things go a different way than you were expecting it seems very realistic, and purposeful. Definitely going to be one of my shows of the year.

@@jollyrayda being supporting isnt enherently positive. You can support an obese person into becoming more obese and getting closer to disappearing from this world. His mother is an enabler

Collin said he loves the character and would happily come back. He just needs a break. I’m guessing like a long break. This show plus the new Batman I can see wanting to wait until the next Batman drops to put it back on.

I don't think he'll be in Batman 2 so we could definitely see him again in a 3rd movie.
