Literally Matt you have solved one of the biggest mysteries of the century. My Rubicon won’t charge any of my Jackery’s and it was just that Pure Sine thing . I just ordered a pure sine inverter to tryout. Thanks

As someone who is in the market for a power station, this is a home run! I would use it as a long-term power supply for my SetPower fridge while camping/Overlanding and as a backup emergency power supply. Bluetti has the AC180 on sale for $499 and will include a 200v solar panel for $779(ish). Hopefully, the price will be realistic. Thank you for a thorough review!

A cool power station for sure from Bluetti. Its definitely geared toward a camper/overlander. Thanks for showing it'll run a diesel heater as almost nobody else does. I seen another review of this unit that shows it does not automatically wake up in the morning with a solar panel plugged into it. I still think a better bang for buck is the Pecron E1500LFP. Cheaper, lighter, expandable and has a wireless phone charger on top. Its cigarette plug runs a diesel heater too. Has a 30A xt60 port to good for an RV.

I just received my Elite 200 V2. Pretty darn small. It replaced the Ecoflow Delta 2 from my truck. It fits😅 Turbo mode requires agreement and 8 digit code. It's 88888888 As a technical background, how Bluetti was able to fit everything into such a compact frame. There's a good and bad. They removed all the hardwire and replaced it with the heavy circuit board. This will take a lot of weight off and the real estate. The bad is with all circuit boards. They're prone to malfunction easily. But, with 5 years warranty. I'll take it. 😅

I’ve been sitting here debating on whether or not to get a power station like this. The Ecoflow Delta 2 Max was the one I was most interested in…until now. Also, your channel costs me a lot of money 😂.

Which port do you use to power a van fridge and permanent spot lights for the van. How would you wire this configuration?

So is it only the new one that can’t be charged from the Gladiator bed inverter or is it all the Bluetti? 🤔
@OzarkOverlandAdventures8 күн бұрын
That’s common with almost all newer power stations that don’t have the external power bricks. It not unique to Bluetti.

@ this is what they said. Hope this helps. “You can try using the 400W AC outlet in the back of your Jeep Gladiator Rubicon to charge the Elite 200 V2. When charging, we recommend selecting the Silent Charging mode and enabling the Grid Adaptive Mode for optimal performance.”

I still complain about no 12v30amp dc output - the small sizing is perfect for a short wheel base van conversion and 12v10amp is just too limited even with the new tech. I run a fridge, lights, water pump, 12v boot heaters in winter off my AC200Max. I only ever use 1 AC outlet as phones and laptops charge via the USB outlets. I really don't know why they keep adding so many AC outlets. I'm waiting for the smallest sizing to upgrade as my AC200Max is currently having charging issues

Will any of these power a diesel heater without an AC to DC converter?

@ I did after the comment. Just wanted to see if you or anyone else would be able to answer the question. Lots of power stations with 10amp car connectors in the market that don’t work.

Bluetti has done away with the wireless charging on all their newer power stations.

I was looking at purchasing a AC180, was actually renting one from Bluetti for a couple months just to make sure it would work for me. While I waited for them to put the AC180P on sale. Then randomly I saw an ad for the AmpAura Purea 1.5 kWh power station on sale for $469 and jumped on it. 1536Wh, 3600W peak power, 600W solar/car charging capability. For that price I figured why not, and am looking forward to using it on my next trip.

I Velcro’d a 30,000 mA wireless phone charger Powerbank to the top of my AC2A for 1 more usb-c and 2 more usb-a PLUS phone charging. I bet it’d work just fine on that big boy.

if it had expandable option like the AC200L, i would sell mine and buy this. Mine has two uses. Home during Typhoons power outages and overland camping unfortunately AC200 elite is one use.

It's much cheaper to expand the capacity yourself than using official expansion packs.

I wish it would have kept the 12 volt 30 amp plug for the new unit. I have 3 AC180s . I was using 2 in my over landing rig. I have switched over to a person EP3600. It has over 3000 watt hours and 3600 watt inverter at just slightly larger than a ac180. The pectron also has a 30 amp 12 volt output.for a diesel heater.
@OzarkOverlandAdventures9 күн бұрын
That Pecron is massive and over twice the weight.
@fscottgray97849 күн бұрын
@@OzarkOverlandAdventures 53lbs vs. 79 lbs. Both the AC180 and the Pecron fit behind the driver seat on the floor with the seat all the way back on my Power Wagon. It is not massive'. I love Bluetti products but for me the Pecron fits my Overlanding better at this time.
