I like the fact you can unlock this fight while still pretty low ranked, but if you want any actual decent chance of winning, you're better off waiting until you're stronger and more experienced. It helps sell the idea that Ozen really is as powerful as the lore implies she is

If you want to defeat her in the state of the moon whistle. I fortified myself with robust equipment at that point, but it was not necessary because a few shots would kill me. In fact, you only have to avoid about 3 different attacks using emergency evasion and hit her one by one with the 4 relic pickaxes. Eventually you will be able to finish with no damage, but saving just before is a must until you get used to it.

Honestly the first time I fought her I already knew she was hella strong since I watched the anime and read the manga, so yeah, she defeated me in less than a minute. So by the time I fought her again I was already a white whistle and brought all weapon relics except bow and full relic armor tier 1. The gun alone brought her to 1/10 of her health or less, but I still had to dodge some hits, the gun + explosive bullets did stun her a little but after 3 or 4 shots she'd continue her attack animation regardless of being shot at.

you need to be black whistle to fight with her if lower than that you won't able to doge any ozen's attack

I've beaten her as a Moon Whistle :P (I don't recommend it tho cuz you need like 3 low-relic class pickaxes)

I actually defeat her before i go layers 3, i used first weapon relic and dodge all attack in exactly timing was hard but i manage to defeat
