There just is no voice like Kurts. Truly, his own style. Somehow sounds exactly like who he is. Like.. Other singers have to Make a voice, and sing from that. Kurt straight up uses his raw natural voice. The way he uses it And all the beauty and ugliness that comes with it is just something special.🩶

I love how his vocals were isolated here. Thank you so much for this. It is amazing! I saw Kurt in concert one time, and it is something I will never forget. He was a musical genius. I miss him.

i think all the audience here comes directly to 2:15 =D thanks to give us this isolated track, we can hear his voice at the pure raw style! i am recording some nirvana videos, and to me it's very important to hear this to try to imitate and try to replicate, but yes....to try , never the same hehee... I remember being a teen in the early 2000's and moving the something in the way track into an editing software and spending a few hours drawing out the breathiness of his vocal tone so I could repeatedly listen to the air inside Kurt's voice. As that sort of Nirvana fan... a warning to the younger cats getting into him. He is not an idol, and the tortured artist archetype is a trap. Don't do it. Appreciate the music, find meaning in it, then continue improving your life.

bro, that was so precise… i am 24 now, but 10 years ago i was literally obsessed about him, i fell into that trap, and i romanticized the melancholy… not good! thank god i’ve changed and at 20yo started to get into reggae music, became obsessed with the chili peppers, the beatles and other stuff, i’m wayyy more positive now :)
