I used to not like asmr, and especially not when food is involved, because I have misophonia to certain noises, but for some reason I barely find any of these noises in your videos. like very thick wet sounds (often found when chewing for istance, or when thick oily substances are involved) don't really appear much - which is very nice, because like soft wet sounds are alright. and you do it so perfectly, this is the first time I ever found asmr to be actually so soothing and calming.

Vanilla Cake Ingredients: 1 ¾ cups (220g) all-purpose flour 1 ½ tsp baking powder ½ tsp baking soda ½ tsp salt ½ cup (115g) unsalted butter, softened 1 cup (200g) granulated sugar 2 large eggs, room temperature 2 tsp vanilla extract ¾ cup (180ml) whole milk, room temperature ¼ cup (60g) sour cream or yogurt (optional, for extra moisture) Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 8-inch round cake pans or one 9x13-inch pan. 2. Mix dry ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. 3. Cream butter and sugar: In a large bowl, beat the softened butter and sugar together until light and fluffy (about 3-4 minutes). 4. Add eggs and vanilla: Beat in the eggs, one at a time, ensuring each is fully incorporated. Add vanilla extract. 5. Combine dry and wet ingredients: Alternately add the dry ingredients and milk in 3 parts, starting and ending with the dry ingredients. Mix gently until combined, then fold in the sour cream or yogurt if using. 6. Bake: Pour the batter evenly into the prepared pan(s) and smooth the tops. Bake for 25-30 minutes for round pans (35-40 minutes for a 9x13 pan), or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. 7. Cool: Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then remove and cool completely on a wire rack. Optional Frosting: Vanilla Buttercream: Beat 1 cup (230g) unsalted butter until creamy. Add 4 cups (480g) powdered sugar, 2-3 tbsp milk, and 1 tsp vanilla extract. Beat until fluffy and smooth. Enjoy!
