I was wondering, if the staff being a bit out of it was because of 9/11 Ozzy trying to cheer people up with some humour and a singsong is so great. Under his druggie persona and mumbling way of speaking is a genious brain, a kind heart and wonderful lyrical ability. He is a great renaissance man.
