Maybe there's a clause in his will that states that the house must be owned by someone in his family in perpetuity! Or maybe he just din't care if someone else comes to live there, as long as he gets to stay there too. Can you imagine living in a house that was haunted by Jeff Beck? I can't think of anything nicer.
