A very useful documentary film exercise, especially as so many journalists, politicians and others seem to have no memory (much less understanding) of how this issue emerged and was addressed (we even thought it had been fairly resolved) decades ago. Soviet-era disinformation (now being regurgitated by the Russian Federation's operatives and their fellow travellers in the West) continues to be utilized to sow discord between the Jewish and Ukrainian (and Baltic) diasporas, so furthering Moscow's interests, especially as the Russians try to distract Western attention from their genocidal agenda against Ukraine and Ukrainians.

Vladimir Lenin had no business amputating such a large portion of Russian territory[Ukraine] in 1920.. that's what Mr Lenin did when Ukraine was broken away from the fatherland..

You are just a colonialist. What fatherland. We are an older culture than the Duchy of Muscovie !

@@splicersplicer1 Call me what you like, just don't call me late for breakfast. Who speaks for those civilians in the Donetsk and Luhansk[Donbas] oblasts that wish to be aligned with Russia? Those Russian speakers living in Kharkiv, Mariupol and Crimea. Is it fair they're forced to live under Kyiv rule?

Let the Russians go back to Russia. They probably came in 1933 after the famine killing millions of Ukrainians organized by Stalin and repopulated the Donbas and Luhansk by Russians. That’s the source. Million Ukrainians live in Russia.not one Ukrainian school is permitted. Russians in Donbas
