1. Whole wheat flour (atta/ata)- 3 cup or 600g
2. Spinach (Palak/Palanga)- 3 bunch
3. Water as per required
4. Salt to taste
5. Ajwain (juani)- 1/2 tsp
6. Ginger -1 inch
7. Green chilli -2 nos
8. Refined oil or you can use Ghee or clarified butter
