His bishop is lost. When the king moves, the queen takes the bishop. A full piece up at this stage of the game is winning. I assume that is why he resigned.

Also, after Kg2, Qxd1, what can white do with his queen? Wherever he moves the black queen can fork the King and Queen with the knight protecting it. That forces a trade of queens and the knight will be the only piece left on the board in a land of pawns, with black up a pawn as well. End of story.
