Let you know that current Nifty PE is highest in world after US market S&P500 index. Why do FII want to invest in Highest PE market like US and India by taking high risk in it????? Apart from that Indian currency is weak and that too add more into currency risk premium and country risk premium into the cost of equity or WACC. Instead they can invest low PE markets like UK, EU, southeast countries, middle East, Australia, NZ. In current world geopolitical is not good therefore it is not safe everywhere, thus safe is bond market only. But interest rate may fall in near future in US if everything going well otherwise, if more conflicts escalate the inflation will fly high in US and around the world. Thus, world's central banks are like cat which are setting on the wall and don't know which side it will jump¿????????

I am noticing some stocks like Divis lab where the PE has expanded because profits have shrunk because of some macro issue (China Dumping) . Shall we consider such stocks where PE has shot up on the back profit decrease because of some temporary issue
