I have had it happen to me, and have watched it happen and heard about it happening to countless other students, more than once, and even though it was reported nothing was done about it whatsoever. Ffs You would be unpleasantly surprised to find out how often this type of thing actually happens, and other students that witness it sometimes even go as far as lying for the teacher in order to recieve better grades or special privileges from them and etc.
