Need to increase number of staffs, staffs get overwhelmed when whole resort is full.
Need to fix children play zone, it was in ruins.
Buggy service is a must for rooms on higher altitude.
No doubt, one of the best resort in Bandarban. The environment, views, foods, features everything is up-to-the mark. All the staff in resort are very well behaved and very helpful. Although the pricing of the food is little bit high, but can be considered based on other features. Highly recommended.

Well I am from Australia and I guess this place is much more beautiful to see with your own eyes. The place is amazing and the swimming pool is on another level. It feels like I am in heaven. If you ever visit this place never forget to visit this hotel at least you should stay for 1 night. From my view this place is heaven.
