主要原料:
短豬排骨,年糕
佐料和配菜
糖, 醬油,香醋,蠔油,鹽, 胡椒粉,雞湯
以上食材和佐料根據自己口味調整用量
製作過程:
將短豬排炒水10-15分鐘後用冷水沖涼
將骨頭抽出後塞入年糕
準備料汁兒:糖, 醬油,香醋,蠔油,鹽, 胡椒粉,雞湯
將塞入年糕的排骨倒入油鍋中後加入料汁後中火燉煮5分鐘收汁
撒上蔥花點綴即可
Ingredients:
Pork short rib and Stick Rick Cake
Seasoning and others
Sugar, Soy sauce, Balsamic vinegar, Oyster oil, Salt, Pepper powder, Chicken Broth
Adjust the amount of the above ingredients and seasonings based on your own taste
Cooking Process:
Boil the pork short rib for 10-15mins, then cool it down
Replace the bone with rice cake
Sauce: sugar, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, oyster oil, salt, pepper, and chicken broth
Put a little oil into a pot, then add the short ribs with sauce
Cook it for 5 mins with mid-heat to thick the sauce up to wrap each piece up
Splash some green onion
