Airport facing heath challenges due to poor quality water, mosquitoes, slums around the Mumbai Airport are testimony to how changing policies and politics affected people. I can go on with Lonavala and Khandala as well if you wish, but that will be very personal and below the belt hit. hope you don't mind.

As Waqas said, people like to travel by inter city buses in Pakistan which are more comfortable, follows time schedule and the travel on Motorways are much better with service stops and restaurants after every 50 kms. You should try Bus travel which is missing so far in the Vlogs. Only 5-8% of people travel by Trains in Pakistan.
