期待介紹Evolution I 到 X 我估GTO(3000GT)唔受歡迎嘅最主要原因係副橫置v6引擎令到改裝比較困難,比直放嘅v6 300zx仲麻煩。另外,3000GT當年90年代响美國算係日本跑車嘅big4之一,因為美國係冇GT-R.........

因為 美國 對車輛廢氣排放要求較嚴苛。 GTR入唔到美國係正常。

GTO 喺嗰個年代,真係好靚,不過架車真係麻麻哋,真係太重,尤其是車頭,感覺上架車好笨重,嗰個所謂 active aero system ,佢嗰個 front air dam ,80 km 就會啟動,當車速小過50 ,理論上會縮番上去,但係嗰個嘢成日都壞,唔識縮返上去嘅,跟住要你重新 restart 架車先至識得回收番上去。機件又唔係好好,佢個abs ,冇揸半年打柴,都唔知死乜。 冇記錯當年 dodge 係有出4WD版本嘅,不過真係太肉酸,冇乜銷路,所以都好佩北美洲人,點樣可以將一夾原本咁靚嘅車,可以搞到咁核突。 其實睇返呢架車,你話佢穩定,可以咁講嘅,喺雪地真係試過用四條雪軚, 喺雪地穩定性非常之高,但係你同之後嘅掃把佬比,除咗個樣之外,真係冇得比。
當年北美 Dodge 版本係有Twin Turbo 4WD。我曾經坐過。。。😂 The Mitsubishi-engineered Dodge Stealth R/T Turbo is powered by a twin-turbocharged and intercooled, 24-valve 3.0-liter V-6 that produces 300 horsepower. The ZX Turbo comes with anti-lock brakes and four-wheel steering. The Stealth comes with anti-lock brakes and four-wheel steering.

I owned a manual R/T Turbo when I got my first job in the US. The base model (the picture is shown in this video) is ugly at best but the top of the line R/T Turbo hold its own right amount other JDM supercar of the time. I owned a FC RX-7 before that car. Yes the RX-7 is nimble and handle superb but the R/T Turbo will give you confidence (abusing) cornering, floor the gas in the middle of it will deliver you out of the corner safely. It will break freeway speed limit in second gear and I have driven it over 140mph on my way from California to Arizona. It is a slightly more balance car to live with for daily purpose compare to other sport car I owned (944, 300ZX, RX-7, Z28, Mustang 5.0......). I really miss it.
