Ingredients:
• 1 + ½ Cups or 250gms Raw Rice
• 1 bunch palak
• ½ cup + 2 tbsp Curd
• ¼ Cup Semolina
• 1 Tsp Ginger
• 2Pc Green Chilli
• 1 Packet Eno
• Salt as per taste
For making Garlic chutney:
• 20-25pc garlic
• 1 big-size onion chopped
For tempering:
• 1 tsp Mustard seeds
• 1 tsp Urad dal
• 6-7 Curry leaves
• 2 Dried Red Chilli
• ½ Tsp asafoetida
• 2 Tbsp Oil
