பால்கோவா
தேவையான பொருட்கள்
முழுகொழுப்புள்ள பால் - 2 லிட்டர்
குங்குமப்பூ
சர்க்கரை - 1/2 கப் (125 மி.லி)
ஏலக்காய் தூள்
செய்முறை:
1. ஒரு பாத்திரத்தில் பாலை ஊற்றி கொதிக்க விடவும். பால் பாதியளவு வற்றும் வரை கலந்து விடவும்.
2. அடுத்து குங்குமப்பூ சேர்த்து கலந்து விட்டு 3 நிமிடம் கொதிக்க விடவும்.
3. ஓரங்களில் ஒட்டியுள்ள பாலாடையை எடுத்து விடவும்.
4. பின்பு சர்க்கரையை சேர்த்து கலந்து விடவும்.
5. பால் ஓரளவு திரண்டு வந்ததும் ஏலக்காய் தூள் சேர்த்து கலக்கவும்.
6. சிறிது கெட்டியாகும் தொடர்த்து கலந்து விடவும்.
7. சுவையான பால்கோவா தயார்!

My suggestion for not allowing milk to flow out of kadai is :- Please keep the stove in low flame and the second important thing is to switch on exhaust fan. This works out well.
