This I think is out of the context for this video. However I wanted to ask you about hair coloring. I felt you were coloring your hair sorry if I am wrong. But if yes would you suggest or talk about hair coloring, keratin and things like that. I started skin care and makeup routine as per your suggestion and it worked amazing and my opinion of getting ready is waste has changed now. You introduced me to a different makeup and skin care world thanks for that. I was having exchange of comments and words with your husband and friends on some post on insta 😜 but still I like the getting ready part of yours. I saw many people getting ready but when you were doing and talking about that I felt like doing it too. These days on puja days and occasions i am maintaining good dressing makeup and style for which I feel good. Disclaimer: now I have almost all the products you have and i am using those. Never in my life i completed a product without expiring but now i am completing.

Hi akka, This video was very helpful. Nenu 1 and half year back vachanu US ki after marriage . Full confusion undindi a milk use cheyali ani.. and I still have it now..please make more content which is informative like this. Ghee , eggs are also a big question. I saw many people taking butter and melting it to ghee. Maybe you can start a series for beginners who recently moved to US if possible. 😊

Hi jabili Garu, very useful information. Naku US ki ochina kothalo same situation and I am facing with hormonal imbalance issues because of milk. And one more info Naku work ainadi and na research lo nenu chusindi I want to add it here. Whole milk lo kuda grassfeed milk choose cheskovadam better because konni brands and farms lo corn meal and hormones inject chestaru so specific ga grass fed milk anedi good option to take for adults and kids .

To start off I have to say you did a great job on your research. The reason why I say this have been in the industry for about 10 years now and did my bachelors in Dairy so I’m sure it took a lot of time for you to gather this information there are a couple of things that I would like to point out are use the word full milk, but there is no such Standard in the US, especially for full milk. There is only one standard that has the highest amount of fat is whole milk, which is 3.25% like you mentioned in the video. I completely agree with what you said on the A2 milk not promoting it due to the digestive issues. Honestly, when I was watching the video I wasn’t expecting that, but it was a really pleasant surprise. Kudos to you for making this video

Very informative thread. I just want to add more about Non-homogenized ( cream top) milk. After going through lot of articles and research we found non homogenized milk to be comparable better than homogenized milk. 1.During homogenization fat molecules are broken down to nanoparticles for even distribution but when we humans consume it these nano fat molecules directly adhere to the inner layers blood vessels causing clogs. 2.Homogenization is again a strenuous process similar to refined fats. 3. Small shelf life as they have minimal preservatives Here in USA the brands that sell non homogenized milk are Kalona supernatural Woodruff farm Straus family creamery Milk-king.

USA lo Costco Kirkland milk vachedi Desi Cow breeds (Bos Indicus/Bos taurus Indicus) nunchi kaadu, A2 milk konni imported desi breed cows nunchi milk chestaru. So nenu A2 milk vaddu ani antanu endukante, though it comes from Desi breeds but USA lo Cows ni milk kosam use chesaka champestaru, Adi mahaa paapam. Slaughter Free milk ki Desi Milk ane california brand undi, or meeku adi afford cheyalemu anipiste, Normal Kirkland milk comes from non desi breeds or non zebu cattle as far as i investigated. Ivanni kadu anukunte Goat Milk or Buffalo Milk better.
