I think material used in car is ok ok, suspension is ok like other car as you say, seating is comfortable and good, only engine produces less power and platform is light weighted as compared to other SUVs. Why it is too cheap?

Requesting to note our complain, we have frequently requested to Nissan Pure Dealer & Nissan Team and its customer care, but till today we have not received car and forced us to cancel the car booking by delaying the delivery. Even if we do not process car finance from NISSAN FINANCE they delaying delivery of car to customer. How company from Japan, Nissan India implementing fraud practice of car marketing on the name of XE XL variant of Nissan Magnite Car and cheating with poor customer of India, only to Escap from legal against them on sample basis they provide delivery as part of booking and 99% customer of XE XL has yet not received from the day of launching. On the name of Fair price, they collect the prospective car buyer leads also booking amount and not providing delivery as per commitment, delaying delivery they try to convert on upper model to customer. If customer is not ready, then they are not providing delivery and linger it. So customer cancel the booking or they can use the booking amount for 20 to 24 weeks. In Covid -19 situation and poor economic situation they claimed they have booked 35000++ booking. Why Indian government not investigating whose KYC -id proof used to show these bulk number of booking, how blank money is utilized by dealers and car company. Showing fake booking, how innocent customers identify proof used in the marking of XE-XL model in Nissan magnate. IF they are correct, why till today they are not able to provide the XE XL delivery to the customer who booked on the first day of launching. Why they are providing delivery only for upper version. We have booked car on the launching date 2/December /2020, done payment of booking on same day. But they have provided booking order with incorrect date and with fake diplomatic delivery timings. Which was different then commitment given at the time of booking. When we have taken follow up as per their commitment, fake and fraud reply started by Dealer, By Nissan India. Dealer said company has not allotted, while Company said need to contact or raise the question with regional sales team or with dealer, they treat customer as football. Requesting to note it investigate it on priority basis big and bold marketing fraud by Nissan India on the name of Magnite XE XL version. SAVE INDIA FROM FARUD MARKETING PRACTICE
