Laoshi may I ask something, why in these 韵母《iou, uei, uen》the letters o and e in the middle are omitted?? I mean they became like this, iou=>iu, uei=>ui, uen=>un​ (sorry for my bad English hope you understand my question 😁)

It is the problem with the government, not with teachers. Han yu pin yin had some faulty problems when it was created. No one dares to challenge them. Teachers just enjoy being in the comfort zone. The only excuse teachers could think of is to make writing easier. It seems that the correct sound is not important at all..
