@@voodoosleeper This song is part of Susumu Hirasawa's Rotation (kzbin.info/www/bejne/nKqsfnSuorqElck). When Hirasawa writes his music, he sometimes writes a song once before applying the official lyrics. This is called a "temporary song". This song was created using Rotathion's "temporary song". The voice "Yee-yai-yo-i-ya" heard around 0:19 in this song is the "temporary song" of the first verse of Rotathion's "The golden moon".

12 years later i finally found the song again, why isnt it on spotify :O still love it

Because hirasawa is against streaming services. He is a indie artist- he wants profit from his music, espesially after years of battles with record labels.
This sounds like something from a title screen of a JRPG, where the camera pans through different landscapes, from a forest, a village, a kingdom to a futuristic utopia.

Hirasawa was a fan of point & click adventure games(actually references Myst in World Cell 2015). This album came right after what he calls the Thai trilogy; Sim City, Siren & Technique of Relief. Those albums were based on the culture shock of a predominantly transgender society(from his point of view), the presence of androgyny in their myths and culture and the developing shock, i.e slums next to big skyscrapers. This album is the transitional phase between the Thai trilogy and the Dystopia trilogy which begins with Blue Limbo, so hey, you're not all that wrong. He probably did have all that imagery in mind.

I think the same kind of idea, the traditional next to the futuristic (especially in southeast Asia), is referenced in the Vietnamese line in Byakkoya: [Welcome, friends. This is our old hometown. This is our future.]

This makes me think of paranoia agents opening song. I don’t know if there’s a cultural relevance between the two works of medium and what they tackle and the cultural significance of the style of singing, but it’s beautiful so beautiful
