@@Crankclawhammer I know. Me & my friend were supposed to go to Mustique via a catamaran from St Vincent. My hubby had paid for it for my birthday. Was gutted that we didn’t go. I enjoyed Antigua though - our emergency option as we couldn’t go to Guadeloupe either. We went to Dark Wood beach - was lovely. At least the sea there was calm, compared to Barbados.

We went on this ship many years ago when she was still for families. 04:50 on Christmas eve we stood roughly in this spot to watch Santa appear at the top of the ships funnel. Apparently he'd run into technical difficulties and was forced to land on the ship to make repairs to his sled (captain made the very serious announcement over the ships tannoy). Handily this also gave him plenty of time to deliver presents to all the kids on board too. My young children thought it was magical.

We just been on aurora. The ship is lovely. Not overcrowded. Found seats easy. Staff amazing. Food amazing. Will be back. We had inside cabin as short cruise. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Dancing till very late

Great vlog as usual Jamie Aurora looks like a fine example of a classic cruise ship. I hope that the obsession Cruise lines appear to have with building larger ships does not lead to the demise of the smaller more intimate ships. Great vlog Jamie. Aurora doesn’t look as fuddy duddy as I thought( only tried Azura Iona &Ariva with P&O) we liked the adults only idea. Although an old bird she looks in fairly good shape, unfortunately the same can’t be said about me. Enjoy Orlando trip.✈️🥂

Ah looking at that man swimming in the pool at the beginning in warm sunshine made me want to jump on a plane and the heck outta Blighty! If it rains anymore I think the entire UK will become a cruise ship and float off - let's hope to somewhere roughly near either Bermuda or the Bahamas!

Tiered sterns are lovely compared to the modern flat tower block look, Fred Olsen Balmoral is an even older ship and has the same kind of stern (so much more aesthetically pleasing imo)
