I speak Chinese but trust me I can’t even 100% understand what she said. Basically she says when doing forehand loop , your body weight has to go forward more so that the ball can be longer, landing at the end of the table. There’s also something related to weight transfer from backhand to forehand which I don’t understand. Hope that helps.
