One of the only videos I’ve seen of the ship that gives a good impression of what it’s actually like on board . Most of them just show people walking around through the day when it’s quiet . Quite a comforting video this one .

Check lists and packing cubes 🙌🏻 the only way to travel!! Hahaha I think I also have the same daily contacts. So no pace to see you on a ship. Ventura was my very first ship when I started working for P&O back in 2008. I hope she treated you well xo

@@KathrynMitchell-q2m I was really torn about getting the drinks package too! I didn’t get it in the end as I wanted to have any drink I fancied, whether that was a cocktail or a glass of wine. When I would come off the ship I would buy drinks to keep in my room. I would have a drink before dinner in my cabin and then I would still have cocktails or wine at the bars too. My bill was so much cheaper so this worked pretty well for me. I think drinks packages can be great too though! 🙋🏽‍♀️

@@JuneStay Thanks for your reply June, I think you've made our minds up, we're not going to purchase the drinks package. Like you have mentioned you can have a drink in your room, and bring drinks on board which is good. 🙂x

@@KathrynMitchell-q2m ahhh no worries, I’m glad that helped! 🫶🏽 yeah, pre-dinner drinks in the room is always fun and when you buy a bottle it always lasts a good few days. I bought a 700ml bottle of gin for €9.99 from the local supermarket and then kept some pineapple juice in the fridge. There is a limit of how much you can bring on the ship each time you go off and come back on 🚢 I think it’s up to 1 litre. But that’s still plenty, and you could buy more bottles the next day and the day after if you wanted. Create your own little mini bar in your room 🍾🍻😂 Xx
