PayPal is dropping their business from coming year because eBay had signed an agreement with 'Adyen' to become its primary payments processing partner on 2018 and in 2021 'Adyen' will take the total payment processing charge eBay worldwide. 'Adyen' reportedly paid eBay $70 million in cash and $83 million in stock warrants for this privilege. As eBay is a very large e-commerce platform worldwide and PayPal is going to lose the all eBay basis transaction, so, definitely it is a big shock for PayPal.
