In this new video we've covered the importance of using Plasto NRV and Air Vent
in an un-even pipeline.
Introduction:
Power failure is common in most areas.
We often observe uneven pipelines in the fields. And this can cause the creation of
vacuum in the pipeline at the time of sudden power failures.
Absence of Plasto NRV and Air vents in the pipeline:
As shown in the
video, sudden power failures can create vacuum in the pipeline in the
absence of Air vent. There is a high change that the water returns back to the pump
with force causing damage to the pump and the pipeline.
In-corporating Plasto NRV and Air Vent in the pipeline:
To minimize this damage, we should add Plasto NRV just after the pump and
Air vents at the high points of the pipeline. So at the time of power failure,
there is no creation of vacuum in the pipeline and when the water returns back towards the
pump, the water can't enter the pump.
