If there is an uninterrupted blue line at the side of the road and an interrupted white line or no line at all in its center, then you can park there, if you are born in between 10 pm and 6 am any Saturday, but only during even years and during full moon. You can still park there at the blue line, if you spend at least $ 300 on chilly crab at the nearby seafood restaurant and ask the enforcement officer to stamp your receipt. Do NOT try to offer him chilly crap. Note: Don't forget, 3 parking fines gets you 15 % discount for the chilly crab.

In case of the double yellow line, you could be summoned for illegal parking, and you must pay the appropriate penalties.
