Oil and ghee Whole garam masala 1/2 table spoon Fenugreek 5 cloves of garlic+ 2 small onions smashed 1 normal onion 1 tomato 3 green chillies Handful of coriander leaves Handful of pudina leaves 1 TSP Ginger garlic paste 100 gm mutton kheema Add 1 teaspoon salt Add 150 gm rice+25 gm moong dhal (soaked for 20 mins) Add 5 cups water After a boil, check for taste..like salt After 5 whistle, add some cocunut paste Viola!!! It's ready !!
