2 kg of chicken thigh fillets, dry rubbed and then put on a gas grill rotisserie for 70 minutes,in 150-160 Celsius. it turned out juicy and full of flavour,u should try it out.
for the dry rub :
2 tbs of sweet curry
1 tbs of fresh ground pepper
1 tbs of sea salt
1 tbs of garlic powder
1 tbs of of sweet paprika
1/2 tbs of chili flakes
1 tbs of dried thyme.
spread equally and let it sit there for an hour.
