Pēteris Vasks' Vox amoris | Richard Tognetti | ACO StudioCasts | Australian Chamber Orchestra

The ACO performs Latvian composer Pēteris Vasks' sublime 'Vox amoris', a violin concerto which, according to the composer, "is about the greatest power in the whole world - love. Love is, was and will be as long as we will be. I believe that solo violin and string orchestra is the best combination for a ‘love story’."

I think musicians like this don't need people to tell them their sound is excellent. A classically trained ensemble 'hears' the music above all else. Tognetti is an emotive master.
