How about more dark skin girls in P Valley, dark skinned women are never accepted and everyone wants the light skinned girl, and the dark skinned girl is considered ugly and ratchet, the light skin girl always gets the role, I feel like dark skin girls need more representation

Okay everybody wants to look on a show and see people who they feel represent them. Saying they should get more light skin people on the show does not mean that she was saying the dark skin girls on there are trash, ugly, or any negative connotation. I would understand if after she made the light skin comment she said something that would bash dark skin girls but she DID NOT. Glorying something or someone or a specific category does not mean anybody who is not that is anything Less. It’s like the Black Lives Matter movement ... saying how amazing black people are does not mean people are saying white people ain’t shit. It’s simply stating facts about black people. If you get offended by someone saying we need to see more representation of light skin girls then maybe you have a deeper self esteem issue within YOURSELF.
