P&W from Above the Durham Rock Cut

Did you know CT-2 has been "stuck" in Danbury since Monday night 8/5? A few loaded stone cars went on the ground as they were being spotted into the Tilcon siding that night. The CT-2 locos and cars on the main have blocked Housatonic's access to Oak Ridge recycling plant further west into Danbury. Yesterday 8/8, Housatonic wound up using the west-most P&W locomotive on the main to switch Oak Ridge's loads out and spot more empties in, so that trucks of construction debris could continue to be dumped into OR. Not sure when the Tilcon switch & track rebuild will be complete, to allow the remaining stone to be dumped and the P&W trainset to return back to Cedar Hill.
