In all honesty, the media way overplayed this debate. I thought with all hype, I was gonna watch a Rocky movie. Yet, no one seems to remember Biden's 1st 3 primary debates in 2020, when he bombed all of them and was close to last place. Now, he's Pres. and one of the most accomplished Pres. Agree with Mikka, don't rule him out yet. That's a sure way for Trump to win if Dems start looking for backups this late in game.

If someone else is chosen at this point then democracy will lose. Whether people like it or not Biden is the standard bearer changing horses midstream looks weak and indecisive to the people who are not convinced they should get out and vote, forget independents or Republicans who hate Trump one of the main reasons HRC lost was because they didn’t get enough voters who would be inclined to vote for her to get off their couches. Nothing has changed. Most people are not paying attention (and won’t until the fall) and Democrats still need to motivate their voters to actually vote. One debate won’t change that dynamic.
