Hi sister, ur video reminds me of my childhood days. We had a Muslim family friends for over 30yrs. They used to make this ghee rice. But they used to call it Kushka. Yes, actually that is the right word for it. They used to cook this often at home. Mutton aanam was the combination for it. It was yummy. And of course Dhalcha was also in the menu. Sweet old memories. I haven't forgotten them and their cooking. Thanks for ur recipe and bringing back the memories of good olden days. 😊🙏
