Soul is Japanese, He isnt fully confident is korean or english. So he got little to no lines at the beginning but lately He's been coming out more but he focuses majorly on dance and perfomance. He is their main dancer and gets spotlight often in their choreo because he's an insane dancer and major freestyler.

P1Harmony actually predebuted with a whole movie that has an entire storyline, so in the Siren mv, that's why you see all those sandstorm smoke effects in the background cuz it relates to the movie

What a fun reaction! Kinda crazy that Jongseob was literally only 14 years old when they debuted (turned 15 a month later). He won KPop Star Season 6 at age 12, trained at YG, and competed on Treasure Box before coming to FNC. Yes! You’re absolutely right, Jiung (my bias) dual wields rapping and singing super talented. He is actually one of the oldest lol Jongseob is the youngest. You can listen to their vocal and melodic rap highlighted in their song “If you call me”. Their rappers are insane! “Butterfly” is one of the most popular songs from them that showcases and emphasizes their individual talent and is a song you will like! Great critiques!

Soul doesn't get a lot of parts in their music because he stated that because Japanese is hidsfirst language, he is not always comfortable singing in Korean. He also stated that he'd much rather focus on his performance and dancing skills than his singing. That is another thing...Soul is actually a singer but in some songs he does the more talk/ chant parts of th songs. You hear much more of his singing voice in their b-sides. P1ece( the fandom name) used to get upset because we thought FNC was purposefully leaving him out but it turns out it's by choice. Jiung is the all rounder of the group. He raps and sings. So you never know which jiung you are getting. Keeho and Theo are the main vocalist and both have similar vocal tones but keeho tends to end his notes a little differently. Jonseob and Intak are the main rappers and a lot of people actually say that Jonseob is one of the best rappers in 4th gen. He has a real sense of rhythm and his tone is unique. Occasionally you'll hear them sing, but it is more like rap singing than actually singing. The maknae is jonseob. I'd say soul, intak, and jiung are the main dancers in the group. Keeho is the most biased in the group and i think that is because he has a very funny personality and a lot of his funny moments go viral on Tiktok.

He never stated that it was the Korean. Even with Japanese songs he can’t handle much. It just a confidence/comfort scale. One thing he stated was that he’s not able to control his face well while singing, he wants to tho. Another thing was that comparing to dancing, he was way more nervous to sing.

But usually when ever he talks about not having many lines, it about comfort :) but honestly, I wished he was either pushed more or liked his singing more. Cause like, bro can sing and it’s so beautiful. But at the same time, I’m glad the company doesn’t push him too hard. Tho I wish they would give him other things to make up for the lack of lines. So like more dance breaks or something.

(sorry in advance for the long comment😭) omg the way i waited for this reaction 😅 i was also in the same boat as you in the sense that i don't usually like that industrial/edm/hip-hop type beat that piwon consistently does in their title tracks but their insane rapline and vocals just add so much that i can't help but love every song they put out 😭😭 jongseob catching your attention in every song is so real hjsajsjs he's actually the maknae at only 18/19 yrs old which is surprising considering the level of skill he has in rapping. intak is also insane at rapping though it's usually in their bsides that he pops off (his 'mirror mirror' rap goes crazy). it was actually so funny seeing u so confused on jiung's position in the jump reaction but yes, he is in fact an ace. their vocal line is also insane. they have keeho who's the leader and has that voice perfect for r&b. i'd argue that he has the best lower register and vocal agility in fourth gen. then there's theo who was an ex-sm trainee so his vocals are def no joke. his voice suits ballads the most which i think u mentioned in ur reaction. there's also jiung, the ace, who has the voice that perfectly fits pop music! soul who you said got the short end of th stick in terms of line distribution is their main dancer. he chooses to have lesser lines as he still isn't confident in his singing but is working on it to show the fans his voice soon! he does have a lot of center parts in their formations and often gets dance breaks. all in all, glad u enjoyed piwon and i hope to see more of them in your channel

Soul is probably the best dancer. Not in Kpop or 5th or 4th gen or anything. Like I've ever laid my eyes on. That's what's up with Soul. I mean he's a great rapper too and he can sing but just check out their "Scared" performances and Soul's dance breaks. Little guy is insane. Like insane.

I think in Siren that one rap verse that confused you was actually done by both Jongseob and Soul. For a while in P1H's discography, Soul didn't get very many lines and kind of did back up vocals or occasional rap at times. In that specific verse the main voice and tone you recognize is Jongseob's but Soul was also rapping along with him. Thank you so much for reacting to P1H! They're one of my top groups.

i’m new to this channel, but i really enjoyed your commentary on this! i highly recommend watching the Making Film for their Killin’ It album (kzbin.info/www/bejne/iIbCo6dvnJKkgNEsi=ckMWFT6TNjKv7OVo). it’s formatted as a short documentary of sorts, and really showcases their creative process-how involved they are with their music, how they record songs, etc.-as well as shows a bit of each member’s personality. some interesting things that stood out to me upon watching the video was how hands-on they are with their music and art, with keeho (the leader) even doing a whole presentation for their album concept. they’re also the first kpop group i know of who gets to decide how to divide the parts of the songs among themselves. the members talk it out and decide as a group, which i find fascinating. on that note, as some have already mentioned, soul doesn’t get many lines because he’s mainly focused on dancing and isn’t very confident with singing/rapping just yet. but he’s starting to come out of his shell more and more over the years, which is nice to see. gosh, i love this group so much. they’ve been getting more recognition lately, but they still are very underrated. i truly hope you’ll check out more of their music 🙏🏻 they are amazing live performers as well! also, jiung and jongseob in particular has a bunch of self-written and self-produced unreleased solo songs. i can rave about them all day fr. their variety shows are also HILARIOUS 😭
