Ang daming inputs ng nag sasalita na irrelevant naman talaga, Anything should be decided upon by the buyer, not "sayang naman kung blah blah blah.." " para sa akin etc etc" but really its not you. Beautiful house. I wish na bungalow ito imbes na 3-story kung mas malaki ang lote. Kawawa si lola aakyat panaog pa. Not safe. Sa 21M medyo matetengga ito sa market dahil sa taas ng presyo. Sana nag start muna sa 2-story and 3 bedrooms. Pasok sa 14-15M. Pwede naman dagdagan ng isa pang floor later on. Yung AC placement sa master ay mali. Sana yung ceiling type AC ang ginamit.
