I faced the same problem it's been 1 month because of 25k disputed amount my bank balance around 2lakh got freezed. I went to cybercrime and submitted my kyc and bank statement and the proof of btc exchange in binance with third party but it's been 1 month now still i never got any solution regarding this issue . Really it hurts me a lot . I earn very small money in them that too all lost now when i visited there I spent around 30k for the travelling itself . Really it sucks i feel bad about all this when i never done anything wrong they never providing me the solution . Really i hate this country and the law.

1. Sent a detailed representation to your bank in registered post and mail also 2. First addres the issue why your account was frozen by bank 3. If any cyber crime police was communicated in your bank kindly get the information from your bank 4. Incase once the complaint is fed into the portal there would be automatic generation of alerts leading to freezing of the accounts to which complainant's amount had been remitted. Then Engage a lawyer and with his guidance you can de-freeze your AC by filing a case in the High Court.
