P3190 Toyota poor engine power

Hi there I’ve a Toyota Camry hybrid 2008 showing code of p3190 sluggish acceleration not taking proper pickup can you please tell me the problem

I have a corolla hybrid 2019 and suddenly appear p 319000 some times work great and sometimes start for 6 second and stop .what can does it ? Thanks a lot

The first thing you should do is check your car's fuel pump After that do butterfly check and servicing The problem will be solved inshallah
