Why does culture shock work so well for chill beats

Ride’s tone and voice in Culture Shock is at that kinda level where he’s chilled out, rather than the faster and louder noise that he’s known for, you can see it in some other songs like Face Melter, Known For It, Bitch Please, and Linda’s in Custody. That’s my personal reason as to why it works so good in mashups like these, although I’m a bigger fan of the aggression seen in the original song.
