Your vision is so unforturneately obscured by your high holy perch on the top of the slave ship praying to an entirely different God than those underneath in the bowels. Jeremiah Wright subscribes to a liberation theology, which points to many references of oppression and struggle in the Bible, beginning with "let my people go!"

Reread my previous comment, which was about perspective and nothing remotely like your translation, which interestingly appears to speak more about yours. If you're really interested in what liberation theology is, I'm sure you will behave like any curious scholar; there are plenty of readily accessible references.
